 Do you have a question regarding the payment of your pension?

For all queries relating to the payment of your pension you should contact the Pension Payroll
Office on 01452 324163 and quote your pension* number. Alternatively, you can write to the
address given below or email your query to the Pension Payroll Office at bscpensionspayroll@gloucestershire.gov.uk.

 Do you have a question regarding the regulations under which your benefits were calculated, or an on-going entitlement?

For any queries relating to the regulations under which your benefits were calculated, i.e. queries relating to the actual calculation of your benefits or the on-going entitlement of any dependent benefits in relation to your pension, you should contact the Gloucestershire Pension Fund Administration team on 01452 328888 quoting your pension* and National Insurance number. Alternatively, you can email your query to the Administration team at pensions@gloucestershire.gov.uk.

 Do you have a question about your Tax code?

Please contact the HM Revenue & Customs (HMRC) helpline on 0300 2003300. When you contact HMRC you will need to quote reference 214/G1P, together with your pension* number and National Insurance Number.

The HMRC telephone helpline uses speech recognition software, and you will be asked why you are calling HMRC. If you cannot use speech recognition software, find out how to get help from HMRC if you need extra support .

You can also use Relay UK if you cannot hear or speak on the phone. Dial 18001 then 0300 200 3300. Find out more on the Relay UK website .
